LVMH Group announced the passing of Virgil Abloh via the company twitter account. According to the statement made by LVMH Group, Virgil Abolh died after battling cancer from several years. Abloh was born to Ghanaian immigrant parents in the U.S. He used fashion as a tool to change predetermined perceptions of dress codes as well as to promote African Culture.
